Yes you could do any work out, classes at the gym are fun and every level of fitness goes to them

God knows how you do so much in 1 day i'm so tired doing 1 work out a day But good on you for doing so much, when i was out of work i got fat and i could have worked out and been super fit so good on you

Pilates or yoga i had this problem and within 6 months i felt 1000 times better

I'd say eat a proper breafast maybe turkey bacon and eggs not a high calorie breakfast

Each guy to the their own as i like curve girls and my pal likes really thin girls but i did used to date a girl who was totally under weight and did'nt look gd and was all ways tired

When i left England i was 230 and when i came back to England a year later i was 260 and all my freinds said i was over weight and put loads on etc etc it did'nt really bother me as i knew i had i think somtimes you got to be cruel to be kind maybe this people who say it r just trying to help out

If i go out for a nice meal then i think what the hell i want to enjoy myself but if it's a trip to red robin or 1 of them places i pre plan as i don't want to waste good calories on crappy food
