Well, I'm telling a fib, it's actually 2.9 stone or 18.8kg
Really happy and I'm starting to see differences myself now. People have noticed much more than I have myself. Feeling great too. I was feeling great after loosing 1.5 stone but even better now. Other differences have been that I can no run further than a mile continuous and did m first 5k the other day. No pictures I'm afraid. When I'm home I'll take some measurements to compare.
