Now winter is here in struggling what to eat, I work outside in the cold and have no warming up facilities, I have a flask what I put chicken and rice in as it’s easy and does not dry out Any ideas what I could have and get some veg in it

Breakfast
I get up around 6.15 every morning but im not hunger till at least 9 and i live in Canada so its like minus 15 so i then goto tim hortons and get a breakfast sandwhich when i do eat breakfast say at 7 i still hunger at 9

I like to do the gym classes how does my fitness pal know how hard i work? i went to a spin class last night and it said i burnt 400 (i did'nt put my weight, height, age or sex in) but when i put it on myf it said 604 which do i go on
