MFP gave you a daily calorie allowance when you filled out your weight loss goals. In the box labeled "Your Daily Summary" you will see a number of calories labeled "Goal." If you are following the plan according to MFP, this is the number of calories you will eat daily. The number will increase if you enter any cardio (it will go up by the number of calories you burn during the exercise). Hope this helps.

I'd suggest you go to http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ and put your info in and read what it says on the page.

It looks to me like you set your activity level to sedentary, not lightly active. At lightly active you should be at more like 1800.

Also, you might try dropping to 1.5 lb/week. That's a more reasonable pace.

You likely set your activity level too low and/or your weight loss goal too high. But that's neither here nor there. You need helloitsdan.
