    Good for you!

Was there supposed to be a question....?
  • you need to eat something that will keep you going for longer try eating a bowl of porage and a piece of fruit .

    Hope this helps
  • Then don't eat until 9? I'm sorry, don't understand what the question is.

Split your breakfast sandwich in two pieces then have one half at 7 and one half at 9 with a lot of water!!!!!!!!!

I wake up at 5:30 and don't eat breakfast until about 9:30 and lunch about 12:00..If I am not hungry, I don't eat..

So, as far as I can see, you have 3 options:

    1. As someone has suggested already, split the sandwich in 2 and eat part of it later in the day, when you're hungry.

    2. Eat Breakfast later. I'm a person who can't eat within the first couple of hours after waking. So my first meal isn't until about 3 hours after I wake. I try to make it a good mix of protein and healthy carbs and fats. I'd consider making Breakfast at home and packing it to eat when you get to work.

    3. Leave calories for a mid morning snack. I'm a big fan of apples and peanut butter.

The earlier I eat breakfast, the hungrier I am all day long. I definitely do much better if I delay my first meal of the day until later.

I have the same problem. The second I start eating I'm hungry again two hours later on the dot. That's why I don't eat breakfast until around 1 or 2 pm

Most of my adult life I skipped breakfast or ate it around 10 on weekends because I wasn't hungry until then. This time around in my weight loss journey (I've lost and gained too many times to count) I have started eating something when I get up most days because I work out in the morning since my son graduated from high school and moved away to go to college. I don't eat first thing on the one day that I take a 5:30 a.m. spin class because I don't get up early enough, but I do chug a cup of black coffee on the way to the gym then eat as soon as I'm home and out of the shower because by then I'm hungry. I eat yogurt with fruit before my 6 a.m. workouts on Tuesday and Thursday, yogurt and oatmeal on the weekends when I exercise a little later in the morning, and all this early eating has made me hungry on my two days off from working out, too, altho I try not to eat quite as big a breakfast those days. Didn't work for me yesterday--I was starving by mid-morning even tho I had a 500ish calorie breakfast around 6. In fact, I was starving all day yesterday, and I think it was because I ate breakfast, not in spite of it. That's how I used to feel on days I ate breakfast in the past--in my mind, at least, it made me hungrier all day and thus I ate a lot more calories.

So, eat when you are hungry, but if you work out in the morning, make sure that you eat enough either before or after that your body can take the stress of the exercise. If you work out later in the day, feel free to skip breakfast entirely if you aren't hungry. All that stuff about it being the most important meal of the day is just silliness.

This! Ugh, I usually don't have breakfast until 9:30 or 10. But today I was up extra early and ate at 7... I've been ravenous ever since :( I personally believe that I burn the same amount of calories no matter when I first eat or how often I eat throughout the day, so I would just wouldn't eat that early.

I don't see a problem either. I usually wake up at 7 and eat breakfast at 9:30 or 10 and then lunch at 12 or 1. Works for me...
