What's your height/weight? I'm going off around 1400 - 1700 calories a day going to the gym 6 days a week. It's working pretty well, I eat maybe half my exercise calories back on my strength days. I would say as long as you don't feel feint and you are feeling good, do what you are comfortable with.

I'm going by everything lol. I have it so once a week I get my body measurements, weight, and body fat %. That way I can compare it week to week, allowing myself to set realistic goals once I notice how my body reacts to my workout routine.

Yeah, I'm not going to miss walking on sand everywhere I go! Kevlar would be a great idea, but they already took our plates for turn in, i'll have to sweat the old fashioned way, tougher runs!
