Mix it up...I do both of them . 10 min warmup on treadmill, 20 min on elyptical and 30 on the arc. Mix it up for a change of pace

I go 2 planet fitness. Tons of machines there. I just concentrate on my goals 4 the day and to hech with everyone else. HOWEVER...I use the same machines everyday...I dont like it if there is someone on MY machine when I'm ready 2 use it. I know neurotic...Right...lol I get over it though...

Ive done this weight loss thing before...49 years old.... I was an athlete through my 30's and then injuries. Gained weight and tried to lose without exercise and I ALWAYS gained it back. So here I am losing weight and getting fit at the same time... What a concept. I love to work out and I'm sure the weight will be gone…

Pillsbury makes a pie crust that is already rolled out. I think it comes in a box. Really good. Its what I used for my pot pie. Its in the cresent roll section.

I eat a can of low sodium Chicken noodle soup at lunch and add some frozen brocolli. Then a lowfat yogurt. Fills me up. Eat it almost everyday at work. Granola bar for snack later...Works 4 me.
