Thank GOD! I almost had a heart attack after reading the OP I drink about a half gallon to a gallon a day on work out days! I go a LOT and clear pee is happy pee :laugh:

Thanks for the help everyone! I guess that is right! I dk why I was thinking 4 portions so the calorie count was coming out over 1000 per serving. I changed it to 20 servings which will be the 4 oz portion mentioned by a few of you which is about 1/2 cup and it came down to 224 calories a piece. So YAY! You guys are…

I had really sore muscles when I first started as well. Water, light cardio and Magnesium tablets work for me. The Magnesium was suggested to me by another MFP'er. I use a Calcium Magnesium and Zinc (I think) combo pill I got from Walgreen's

LOL! Publix had an alfredo shrimp as their Apron meal one night this week it was so yum I made it at home but with a tomato based sauce instead and it was great! But I am super excited to have found this! Thanks so much!

LOL I do the same thing! wooo look at me goo hahahahah!! & Thanks! My next is in Halloween and I am going to train 3 days a week to get my time lower! My first and second I finished in 45;04 & 45:31 so my next I should be around 40lbs lighter and goal will be at least 5 min faster! I hope that's realistic.

I would echo the P.P. I started running much larger then both of you at 300+ lbs. Start slow and listen to your body! Start with a nice 20 min Wog (walk jog) just to get your bearings. Make sure you have the right shoes for you and bring water! If you want to follow a program like C25K do that it has helped me immensely. I…
