I just got the Instant Pot! I walked around my kitchen and threw in random things frozen chicken breasts, dry kidney beans, water, baby carrots, spices, coconut oil ITS AWESOME!

Love body pump! For me it works as a cardio workout too so using my HRM I burn from 500+ calories it just depends on how big you are, and all the other variables as well rest stops, weights used etc... Theres an app called run keeper for android phones that does this. It will GPS you and tell you where you went, how long, how fast I love it. You can use it for all sorts of exercises including biking and skating ... and swimming which I think is funny bc I dk about you but my phone is not water proof! :)

Coupons and meal planning. Really easy to do once you get the hang of it. Its not hard to stay under budget BUT you HAVE to HAVE a PLAN! Question! I just started Stage 2 and did workout B today but did not finish I got through the 2 set of underhand pull downs and had to go get the kids. I am thinking I will need to split B day into two days... but I wonder if this will make the routine less effective? What do you ladies think?

If you are using the pink barbells or barbie weights then by this study you would need to lift more then 5*5 you would life until muscle fatigue or failure. Which is the same as lifting heavy 5*5 bc if you are lifting heavy on your 5th rep of your 5th set you will be at fatigue or failure... so not really much difference…

I send my 8 month old (since he was 4 months) and my 3 year old and havent had any issues granted my gym is the YMCA so I wouldnt expect any problems. All kids are different though there are some in there that are 3 kicking and screaming for mommmy and there are 12 months that are in there screaming in a corner for mommy.…

In my experience protein powder makes everything much much denser. I use it to replace flour is tons of recipes but whip egg whites with it to counter act or you will have very dense anything. especially pancakes and cookies :D

I use people like that as motivation. If you are thin I cant tell by your picture or not but I wouldnt say anything to her. If it were me in I would say something to her bc I HAVE been there I understand why shes eating all that **** and I can tell her there is a better way she will take it much better from an obese person…
