I usually do Greek yogurt and fruit for breakfast. It's fast and yummy. Or a smoothly, you can use freezer bags and pre portion the smoothies and just throw them in the blender real quick. I've also been know to do a hard boiled egg on toast with mistard or just almond butter on toast.

I want to get one when i reach my ultimate goal, Just another 60-ish lbs lol. I think we might splurge on a sleep # bed XD Oh and my bed so far is almost 8 years old :(

Both my aunts who are Nurses do this cleanse and my uncle who is a health nut they swear by it! I agree that working out harder would make a big difference also think about setting an nsv goal (no scale victory) sometimes u lose size before weight. Also I would suggest paying closer attention to the quality of food u are eating in addition to the quantity, it really makes a difference. I hope i could help, good luck!

I agree that walking is great that's how i started. Also dancing! I added a pilates workout that is on netflix streaming and do that a couple times a week, or if i don't want to leave the house. And the elliptical that thing kicks my butt, but oh the calories it burns! lol. Oh u can also get a set of little hand weights…

These ramen noodle bowls that my hubby buys for lunch at work. they got me at first cause it was 190 a serving but there are 2 servings per bowl!! who's going to eat half a bowl of ramen. Also ceareal! i am shocked by the calorie content of almost ALL cold cereal! *sigh*

I have to say that for me WW just doesn't work in the long term. I know ppl that it helped but for me weight watchers just gave me too much wiggle room. I make iced tea and sweeten it with sweet and low and also Mio, a water enhancer i found at target tastes really good :) oh and crystal light also has individual packets and such but the first two are my favorites

My mom used to freeze bananas in the summer and just eat them cause they tasted like an ice cream bar, I think she heard it on Howard Stern or something lol! Thanks for the reminder of that and the great new way to do this!!

I can't give it up I've tried it just makes me cranky lmao. I try to adjust my breakfast cal to fit it in, and i use sweet n low instead of sugar, i also like splenda, but im not changing my creamer! lol I don't care if it is 40 cal a serving lmao, XD
