I hate the smell of any thing cooked in a deep fat fryer or grease yuk, my digestive systems tends to rejects it so that is a good thing.

I have just switched from tea to coffee, i use soya milk as I can not drink cows milk and use one teaspoon of honey It usually get a sweet kick out of it. but Ii only drink 3 cups a day the rest would be water. x

Why are your relying on other peoples opinions to find your self worth or to tell what you need "improvement" on? Its not about what other people think of you, its about how you feel about yourself. If you let other people have that power to say "You are a 7 or 8" or "you need muscle there" you will never be truly happy…

hi starzluv94 i have bought a step o meter as i work at a hospital too this tracks what steps i do, the miles ,kg, kcals and grams i usualy do well ver 5000 steps then add it to the extras in the exercise of mfp ,may be if you weigh your bags on the scales and use it as weights.

Im proud of tha fact that I can now get up and do excerise with out thinking oh my god this is going to be hard, I love it and this is a great way not to snack.
