i love ketchup on my eggs, and vinegar on my poutine (dont eat that anymore though haha) which i both think are amazing but my boyfriend tells me its weird lol.

last time i coaxed my boyfriend onto the scale he had lost two pounds! Just from eating a tiny bit better and drinking a lot less pop (he drinks it like its going out of style :grumble: ) and i've convinced him to join a gym with me! baby steps but hes getting there! haha

this is my life not a diet so to keep my self happy and satisfied i cheat once in a while, last week i had pizza, today i had some ice cream but i dont go crazy over board i keep it within my daily calories, i wont go over my calories for a craving. Thats just me and it seems to be working ok for me! :smile:

I would do anything for my Bentley, he is my baby. I personally would make the difficult decision to put him to sleep if he was living in constant pain. I had a cat for 14 years who we had to put down because he had cancer, it was the hardest thing ever but hes happy and pain free now.

i got a trial membership to a gym, its what kicked me in the butt and got me started! lots of gyms offer 7 days free contests to win a month etc, check out your local gyms!
