when I say active I mean mfp active not physically active I know some people chose not to or can not exercise I just meant people who log every day

my aha moment was realizing I looked 7 months pregnant and being diagnosed prediabetic I started marc h3rd and am down 10 lbs I keep going bec I do not want insulin and want my clothes to look good again

I eat some of them back but not all I basically eat only when hungry I figure if I have a day that I am hungry and I eat them back I am ok but normally I don't

I have the same problem but it is at night so I have some almonds and that helps you may just have to let the hunger go after some time what I have found is the hunger goes away sorry if this is not much help

you tube videos are great or if you have the funds beach body has a bunch of programs you could try to do at home with out a gym depending on what you chose you may only need a few set of weights

nutra bio has an unflavored non sweetened one you can mix with one serving of hersheys cocoa if you like pb2 which is powdered peanut butter again no sweeteners and a truvia

if you use a heart rate monitor you get an exact calculation

I eat on a deficit during the week and eat a splurge meal with wine on Saturdays and I am still losing

Have you tried adding in a high protein shake to add calories or maybe some nut butters they are healthy but a few protein shakes if mixed with milk can add nicely

I do the Brazil Butt Lift series from beach body it is a total body work out but it focuses mostly on the butt and legs its great
