I have had a cold this week, and ironically I have not drunk as much water or eaten as much fruit as I normally do, maybe this seems to be a valid reason. now the weather has perked up a bit, Ill be starting to go running and bike riding through the hills :-)

Thanks so much everyone for your input. Im currently sitting in bed now with a vibrating massager on both feet. I dont have any trouble with it. Just in the morning and at night they are a bit tight. Ive learnt how to tape them up now which has helped. And also the stretches are really good. I just really want to go…

its not majorly painfull to be fair. But it is a bit tender in the evenings after a the days out. Im hoping that the fact it isnt that bad means if I take care of it now, it will heal properly quite quickly?!!

Yes that would make sense in the fact if they did aid fat loss, the drugs companies would buy them out. I can see the thermogenic basis behind them. Although I do get a fair bit of caffene throughout the day from cofee and tea, as well as the stimulants that are in my multivitamins, which must be helping to fuel my body?

Thanks for the support. I'm glad I havnt gone up. I just thought it was impossible to burn more than you consume and still not lose weight?! I've eaten almost the same diet as I did in first 2 weeks. Maybe I am holding onto a little water. So I need to male sure I'm not consuming sodium you say?

thanks people!! up until last week i was eating a pack of biscuits a day plus cake in afternoon and sweets. So during this I have been limiting my rubbish food intake to a piece of carrot cake at my lunch time with a cup of tea, and maybe 2 biscuits with a tea in evening. other than that Ive been keeping within the calorie…
