I had a small neighborhood gym with all the essentials and only $10/month. I got kinda bored after two years and needed a change of scenery and I'm now at LA Fitness $30/month, any location, and more equipment to explore if I get bored. If your gym doesn't have much weights to challenge your body then you might get bored.

Hated planet fitness especially their motto. I been there a few months. P.s you can get out at any time at LA fitness. Don't know why initiation is so high.

I took a few days off. Glad I did but feel guilty. I just stayed home, drank lots of tea, soups, and tested. I felt my body aching and sleepy... I think if I were to work out it wouldn't be worth it cuz I wouldn't be motivated.

How they market themselves is horrible. Not only that but they offer pizza and bagel nights with free candy EVERYWHERE! They're lacking a lot of gym necessities for people serious about lifting but for people that just want to stay healthy it's good.

Yeah it's probably me moving too fast on heavy weights. It just sucks because I know I can lift it but I guess my ligaments aren't "ready". I'll probably lift it at a certain weight until I feel it's not AS challenging and go up rather than "Oh I can do this, I should UP it next rep!" Knee ain't hurting no more now lol

Doesn't hurt when I lift and it's not extreme. It'll be like a day or two after and I'll feel it when I'm doing nothing. Doesn't hurt with pressure

Lol definitely not in thanksgiving. And on Saturday I had the worst day ever eating nachos, beer, chips, fried chicken....I felt terrible and swore I gain weight. But went back to cutting and several days later weight dropped...

Bf said it doesn't look any smaller but I swear I lost a bit of junk in the trunk =\ lol oh well.. I can always try to build it back and BETTER when I decide to increase mass ;) haha

Yeah I agree about body composition being important. I try measuring my waist, navel, below navel...and other parts of body but more so concentrate on my stomach area. I don't think I can move my waist down anymore, it's always been 27 since I was younger even at 110 lbs. Maybe my belly has a inch or so to move down…

I'm serious here. I haven't seen the number 120 since last winter. My stomach is getting smaller but bad news is my butt lost some too >_< lol
