  • Shakes! Usually at least 2 a day. My current favorite has these ingredients: 1/2 cup walnuts, 1.5 cups milk, 1 banana, 4 scoops Vi-shape, natural peanut butter, baking cocoa powder, ice. Good for 900-1000 calories.
