Thank you dear friends! Sacrificing today, for a better tomorrow. You're successes help put it all in perspective. I ended up getting up from my desk and throwing in a piece of gum. I also smelled some fragrant hand lotion, it sounds weird but the mix of food and perfume is kind of unappealing!

November being my Birthday month presents a challenge because everyone wants to take me out for dinner and drinks. I'm going to have to order healthy at restaurants and god knows, I HATE THAT.

I'm doing the Advocare 24 day challenge right now- 10 days of a cleanse and some maintenance after for 2 weeks after. I love it- the first few days can be rough, just because it's pretty low carb but you don't starve and you feel AMAZING. As an added bonus, it's relatively inexpensive at 30 bucks!
