Egg beaters are an egg substitute that usually come in a milk cartoon looking container. They are liquid, and typically 1/4 cup equals an egg in a recipe. You might just try egg whites. That's what I may try the next time I make it.

You might want to add the sodium column to your diary. It appears that you are eating a lot of food that is packed with sodium, which will wreak havoc on weight loss. The recommended daily allotment of sodium is 2500 mg. I suggest you add the sodium column so you can see how much you are actually taking in.

Good topic to bring up. I don't care for under wires either. I purchased a couple Champion Women's Action Tech Sports Bra from Amazon, and I really like it. Controls that bouncing if you know what I mean!

Do a search in the Community for "oatmeal cherry pie". I posted a very quick, easy, tasty oatmeal breakfast idea.

Interesting idea! I may do it using PB2 added to the yogurt. Thanks for sharing.

Mary's Fork and Spoon blog has some great overnight oatmeal recipes. There is one using cherry pie filling (no sugar added), that is terrific. Google her blog. She is a MFP member, marycmeadows.

Definitely trying this! Love green beans! Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic story! You must be so proud of yourself! This has spurred me on to lose the last 25! I registered for my first triathlon in October. It's a great feeling getting in shape, as you well know. Thanks for sharing!

I have found that MFP over estimates on some things, but is on target with others. I use my HRM for my main cardio exercises like running and biking. I use MFP for swimming because my HRM doesn't work well in the pool.

Check out my recipe for Oatmeal with Cherry Pie Filling. Just do a search for "oatmeal cherry pie", and it will pop up. Quick, filling, and tasty.

Please see my corrected post about the calories. Also, I buy the canned no sugar added pie fillings. Only 30 calories per 1/3 cup. the syrup is only 30 calories per 1/4 cup.

Thank you, thank you!! Darn the incorrect entries in the MFP database. I chose the first entry for bob's whole wheat pastry flour, and it is incorrect. yecatsml is absolutely correct. Drat. So now it is best as a recipe to serve two, which is a more realistic serving anyway. Good thing I ran so much this morning! Here is…

Love popcorn! If I like this recipe, I think I will make up a batch of the seasoning mix so that I can just sprinkle the mix on the popcorn each night. Thanks!

Sounds terrific!!

Being a tech geek, I would like to try this! Thanks for the effort!

Amen to that. :) I tried frying as well. I tolerate the tofu shiratake, but the one's without tofu will have to stay in the cooler for me. It boils down to...what floats one's boat, may not float another's. :)

I tried, and will pass on them next time.

I'm 57 and proof we can lose it as well as younger folks. Suggestions: log everything that goes in your mouth, weigh and measure your food, exercise a lot , and find some active, supportive MFPers your age. My plan reads 1200 calories a day, but I exercise so much that I typically add another 1000 by exercising. I usually…
