I have two boys. One in 6th grade and the other entering college. I am finally going back to school to finish what I started. I am taking 10 credits and I work full time as well. I agree that busy is good, less time to eat LOL. Getting my mind and my body in check.

Jkwolly you are absolutely right. So much so that I went to a Dietician and I knew everything she was telling me already. I know what to eat...what not to eat. I know how much I need to exercise. I just have to do it!

I eat Strawberry Yoplait 80 calorie Greek Yogurt every morning. I also sprinkle in some Benefiber to help with satiety.

I have the Polar watch that gives you accurate calories burned based on your heart rate. That is the closest that I have ever come to being able to gauge it accurately.
