me too.............in a matter of 2 months I gained 20kgs..even when I took it out, it messed up something internally which I am slowly recouperating.

Start yesterday and you will not regret it. if you are all about calorie burn then just go for your cardio but if you want some serious body recomposition start lifting asap. you will love how your body looks once you start lifting.
