Lifters: Muscle in thigh making my caalves look skinny

Options
ok, so i am doing Stronglifts 5x5, for about 5 months now, my husband mentioned how my thighs are looking mascular(:flowerforyou: ) and making my calves(legs) look skinny. should i start some calves workouts?
I love looking mascular though so dont get it twisted.
I usually do my 5x5 then reduce the weight by half and then do more reps(my version of stronglifts)
currently squating 50kgs and deads 70kgs
What do you do lifters to complement this.
cheers

Calf shape is genetic and size usually doesn't change significantly. A lot of African Americans have a "high" calf and all the extra exercising and mass building to get them bigger does little. If you have calves where the insertion is low, you can enhance their look a little with multiple calf exercises with heavy weights, but as I mentioned, even then change is not that significant.

If you want to increase the mascularity of your thighs go ahead and start doing calf raises. Your ultimate potential for mascular calves is genetic, but then, that's true of every body part.
