Yes I started curling 5 lbs after my baby and now can probably curl 35lbs , but i reall like olympic lifts now. Anyway, you cant bulk unless you roid and eat a gagillion grams of protien. Even I eat a lot of protien 130-150 grams and am not bulky whatsoever...

Yes, push up are amazing... to tone my arms I never do "arms" I do chest, back and lots of shoulder work. I have good arms,I am told people ask me what I do for arms

Yeah the first 1-2 weeks I called it "detox" sluggish with crazy sugar cravings and headaches. Please stick with it, it will pass I promise...make sure you are drinking extra water and add some more fats into your meals. That should help you!

I think as long as you already know how many "calories" things are and where you should be around is fine if you know your body and goals. I personally dont mind calories as much as getting a lot of protien in since Im building muscle and cutting bodyfat. 1- 1 1/2 grams per body pound for me.

Heck yeah I lift as heavy as I can, try to pr as often a possible! Also have to add some calisthetics in but I lift 4-5 days a week

I have upped my intake of water to almost a gallon a day (carry a reillable water jug with me) and eat 1/2 a sweet potatoe in am and the other half with my lunch. This has elimintated things slowing down.

Hi all, I am willing to commit to a whole 30 starting April 1. I have been de-railed this month with random excess drinking and friends visiting from out of town and entertaining. The next 2 weeks Im going to transition back to Paleo and will whole 30 commit with you guys on April 1...sound good?!?!
