I love my popcorn! I cook the kernels in a pot with coconut oil then sprinkle salt on it when done popping Yummmy :)

I will microwave a pear in water then sprinkle cinnamon & splenda on it! Also, you can slice a banana and sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle honey over itl Those r healthy and yummy =) Skinny Cows are a great choice if you need sugar....I just can't have too many of that in my house or I will eat them ALL! lol

Love eggs & salsa! I make a two egg omlete with lots of cooked mushrooms, spinach, jalapenos, turkey or ham, low fat cheese & salsa on top....soo filling! & its only 350 cals =) Oatmeal is a filling food too ;)

I'm 5'7...with a goal of 157. That will put me in a size 5/6 =) I wanna keep my tush, so dont wanna get to thin ;) I am very large framed!

Well this in nice to know!lol My wrist is 7"! I'm 5'7 & 200 lbs...size 12. My smallest was 140 size 1/2. Toooo thin...looked sick. At 175 I wear a 6-8....so for me 160 size 4 is good :) I am amazed at how different people can be....I guess I am truly big boned :wink:

Ive been doing lots of research on this,lol....and the best & healthiest thing is to never net below your BMR. Ive added more healthy fats to my diet, ....avacados, nuts, seeds & dark chocolate ;)....& I can eat ALL my cals now!! :)

My mom has MS and bad knees ...her Physical Therapist has her doing the stationary bike & a sitting eliptical machine...also swimming is great!:smile:

Thank you :smile: I'm am a bit of a numbers hater....so i might just stick with 100 above my BMR & add back all my workout calories. I'm affraid I'll screw it up otherwise :wink: Today I burned 800 cals...so I added them & ate them,lol

LOL oh my brain has been spinning with all these numbers! From the research I've been doing...I'm thinking we still eat at our cut even on non workout days? Some people say it evens out....I hope?! lol
