I'm 5'6 and I'm at about 160. I am aiming to get down to 140, which was about where I was in high school. I guess I'm normal boned, although I not really sure on my body shape. Maybe hourglass? I am very chesty, but I do have a butt, but not sure if it's big enough for the hourglass figure.0

I'm 5'6 and small framed, though I'm not sure. I've measured my wrist but apples are supposed to have thin wrists and ankles anyway. I'm 140 and my ugw is 1150

When I'm spontaneously eating, I maintain around 60-62 kgs (132-137 lbs).
I'm currently 60 kgs (BMI 20).
My lowest weight for this height was around 57.5 kgs (127 lbs).
My current aim is 55 kgs (121 lbs)!0 -

I'm 5'7". My starting wait one month ago was 285. My Ultimate Goal Wait is somewhere around 140. I remember I was around 130 but a "skinny fat" when I got pregnant with my daughter 17 years ago. I would like to eventually get back to that size, but be more toned and fit. Right now though, I will be happy getting to Onederland! lol My BIG goal currently is to fit my daughter's size 14 jeans by the end of the year. I am working hard, and I know it will be tough, but I know I can do it!
***Forgot to add... When I was small enough to see my waistline, I was a definite small frame hourglass! Can't wait to be that again!0 -
5'6", Med. build, SW-232lbs, GW-150-160lbs. I am hour glass shaped. Big Boobs, small waist and nice round tush. Well used to be before it all went to fat. Hoping to see if it is still under there.0

Yeah, but my old doctor said I was fine, then I went to another doctor and he also said I was fine. It's not dangerously underweight and I'm healthy. Plus, if I get down to 112lbs then my squat with be 2xBW which makes me happy :bigsmile:0 -
I'm 5'7" and have an arbitrary goal weight of 145. Tomorrow I get my body comp done for the first time, so I will get to see my LBM and then I will shoot for 22-24% body fat. I think my arbitrary goal weight is at least in the ball park of what I will end up at when I'm at my goal body fat. After this weight loss "phase" I will probably work on increasing LBM, so... really, idk where i'll end up!

Hi I'm 5'7". I'm a slight pair. My hips are bigger the the rest but not a huge ratio. I consider myself medium to large boned as I have man hands.
SW: 208lbs (jan 2/13 but my highest was between 230 and 240lbs)
CW: 182lbs
GW: 155lbs (for now -we'll see when I get there)
I know in my early 20s I weighed like 140ish and looked fantastic (so I thought), but as we age I know bone density, muscles, and so on change.

Im 5"61/2, my goal weight was 135. I reached it over 1 year ago, although I 136.5 today. Anyway my BF is 23.8% , my goal is to build muscle and get my BF down to 20%.0

I'm small boned and have an hourglass shape. For me, I think I look best around 135-140, which is where I've been maintaining since I lost weight. I'm 46 and when I get any smaller, I lose from my face and look older. Bleh.0

I'm 5'7, small frame, hourglass. My UGW is 120, so I have 10 left to go. Honestly, I think I'm looking OK at 130, so I'm willing to eat my way back to this point if I feel I'm too lean at the 120. I'm sure that will be tough. lol0

5'6" definitely big boned, I have had a doctor tell me my bones are very dense (and that is supposedly supposed to be a good thing according to him)
I have a very curvy hourglass shape and wear a 32F
I have wide shoulders and wide hips, small waist
I would really like to get to 140 but that number is not important to me.
I actually plan to cease trying to lose weight when I reach an ideal body fat percentage0 -

I'm not exactly 5'7" but I'm close. , I'm medium to big boned. I don't know what my body shape is yet as I can't exactly see it yet. I allowed myself to gain far too much weight in my teen years. I was lazy and simply didn't care. I'm down to 297 now and my weight loss goal is 130! I'd say 140 would be a good weight for you, since you are slightly taller than I am.0 -
i'm 5'7 small framed according to my wrist and elbow measurement, though i don't really feel that i am. my body is "spoon shaped" i'm all love handles haha. and my ultimate goal weight is 1350
