Food is my issue. My end goal is to be at a healthy BMI really. I'm healthier where running is concerned but what I'm calorie intake is no where near desired. I think that what I can achieve both using MyFitnessPal again ☺ Well done on your HM goal. Good luck!

I NEED the sun to stay as getting married in 12 days! Judging from today though, it looks like my outside wedding will be a far away dream lol. I'm in Surrey and as been SO hot! I'm Mommy to a 2 year old little boy and still have a long way to go with my weightloss and find the support and motivation I receive on MFP, has definitely spurred me on to lose way more than I would have alone for sure! Add me if you like x

I started Jan 12th and was 214.75 and am 182.5 now. I was doing great but this past month has been very up and down and I have levelled off at the same weight I was at the end of last month, so no loss this month at all :angry:

I am asking myself the very same question...its like the closer I get to my goal the worse I seem to be sabotaging myself. This month has been a complete write-off!!!

I agree with a lot of the posters. You are not eating enough calories. I always aim to eat a minimum of 1200. More fruit and veggies and drink 8 glasses of water a day.
