Hi there!
This is a multiple attempt of mine to lose weight, as I'm sure I'm not alone in. I lost 50lbs 5 years ago and put it ALL back on again afterwards.
I have taken up running and I have worked hard over the past year and I've lost 23.5 lbs of it. I ran my first 10k event in February!
I need some help and support. MyFitnessPal was my saviour back then and I hope it will be again.
Anyone else in a similar boat? Add me ☺

Thank you! 50lbs loss wasn't my end goal. I have a long way to go, but thank you for your support ☺

is there an end-goal? For me it has become a way of life, with the end goal to remain in the same weight bracket I have set for Maintenance, but in the end the only thing "we" aim for is a healthier life (at a better weight :) ) ... unfortunately, working out is an addiction, and like you I have now fallen in the trap called running, with my first HM scheduled on 1st of May ... keep running :)

Food is my issue. My end goal is to be at a healthy BMI really. I'm healthier where running is concerned but what I'm calorie intake is no where near desired. I think that what I can achieve both using MyFitnessPal again ☺
Well done on your HM goal. Good luck!
