Back AGAIN!

Hi there!
This is a multiple attempt of mine to lose weight, as I'm sure I'm not alone in. I lost 50lbs 5 years ago and put it ALL back on again afterwards.
I have taken up running and I have worked hard over the past year and I've lost 23.5 lbs of it. I ran my first 10k event in February!
I need some help and support. MyFitnessPal was my saviour back then and I hope it will be again.
Anyone else in a similar boat? Add me ☺

is there an end-goal? For me it has become a way of life, with the end goal to remain in the same weight bracket I have set for Maintenance, but in the end the only thing "we" aim for is a healthier life (at a better weight
) ... unfortunately, working out is an addiction, and like you I have now fallen in the trap called running, with my first HM scheduled on 1st of May ... keep running

Food is my issue. My end goal is to be at a healthy BMI really. I'm healthier where running is concerned but what I'm calorie intake is no where near desired. I think that what I can achieve both using MyFitnessPal again ☺
