Inch loss with 30 day Shred

I am starting the 30 days shred but am having a dress made next week and need to be able to estimate inch loss in order for the dress to fit.
I will also be using my stats to get this result so will use the results you give me as a pointed only.
I am really excited but also terrified to begin with all the stories I hear and May has been a bit of a washout month for me with weightloss and exercise so I reckon this is the shock my body needs now!

Firstly Congratulations its all about the inch loss ive only lost under a 1lb doing 11workouts in 13days(took 2days off because of injury) but ive lost 15.5inches and im over the moon with it..clothes feel so much better...Who cares about the scale! Good luck with shredding.0

Im on day 20 and so far have lost 8 inches all together. 3 inches off my waist, 3 off my hips, 2 off my thigh. Arms and calves have stayed the same. Ive also lost 7lbs in this time. Hope this helps.0

If you do it and stick with it, I would expect to lose at least 2 inches. You might lose more depending on how hard you can go at it and how well you eat.0

I am terrified to start with all that I have read but also very excited to start strength training when all I have been doing is cardio until now.
