I weigh 280 lbs. and I knock out around 700 calories on the eliptical in about half an hour!

Ears and feet on other people. However not all ears. Ones that are regularly cleaned are ok. LOL On myself I despise my chest. I am working very hard to "lose the moobs" but am not seeing much progress.

Workout with a friend and mix it up so you don't get bored with it! :)

I find it much worse to be pushing myself in the gym, breathing hard, and my lungs get bombarded with what smells like a whole can of AXE body spray or perfume!!!

I seem to always be at the gym during "inappropriate grunting" guys workout! LOL I know a lot of us tend to let out some noise during a tough workout, but come on man!!

Do you have any friends or family that are making this journey with you? I've tried to do this alone before and have failed miserably!! Luckily, I have my best friend getting healthy with me. There is no way I could do this without her. :)
