  • Ya i try super hard not to snack! But i agree its super super hard. one thing i've noticed that is a good little snack and low on Carbs is Pepperonis and Cheese. They are low in carbs and the Calories aren't horrible. And i saw you say your picky and thats fine my husband is the same but also getting better He's lost 30…

  • I have a scar on my left knee, I flipped my car 3 times and when i did my knee slid across the pavement. I lost a lot of skin/tissue. SOOOOOOOOOOO NOW, i have a scar that takes up the whole front of my left knee and the only thing between my knee cap and the outside world is a thin layer of scar tissue.
