Hi all, I'm very new here and would love some friends for advice and support. Weight loss is so much easier when you have people encouraging you or providing support! So please add me as a friend :-)

    welcome to MFP..it is a fun place to be..... I am not on here everyday but I try.....as I also do WeightWatchers and can't make up my mind which suits me better....
