I love cottage cheese plain but sometimes i mix mandarin oranges and some of the powder from orange sugar free jello!!

YIKES! I am going over on my sugar almost daily- i just checked sodium and sugar. Maybe i should replace something i do ok with normally and watch the sugar intake?? Any suggestions?

How is everyone doing on the 30 day shred? I start level 3 today! Is anyone going to do the Kettlebell workout next? Jillians workout w weights?

I have lost a few pounds but i am waiting to do measurements on the last day. I start level 3 today. My plan was to spent 10 days per level.

Vicki- i have very similar measurements but a bigger waist and hips! I did the 30 day shred and feel good! I also did 30 min of jogging on the treadmill using an ifit card. Does anyone else use ifit cards in the treadmill?

I have a question about the change goals page. You can change the % of the different categories ex: 55% protein. Does this mean i am only getting 55% of my protein from my diet/foods i eat? Do you change that to 95-100% if you are not taking multivitamins? I am having problems going over with my protein and fiber but not…
