Taking my first steps

Hi all - just joined the site and have never done anything like this before. Hoping to be able to use the positive vibe of the forums to help me through the tough days & weeks ahead. Ready for the challenge and feeling positive for the first time in a very long time. Wish me luck x :blushing:

    I have a question about the change goals page. You can change the % of the different categories ex: 55% protein. Does this mean i am only getting 55% of my protein from my diet/foods i eat? Do you change that to 95-100% if you are not taking multivitamins? I am having problems going over with my protein and fiber but not getting enough calcium. When i try to meet the calcium goals i go WAY over on everything. I know i will be adding a calcium supplement.
