plus, isn't it kind of a double standard for US to get upset? Most buy cake for their child's birthday, or take them out for an occasional ice cream cone. C'mon ppl

I agree. My volunteer group has handed out cookies in the morning before school for the elementary schoolers. It's unlikely that is everyday. A first day treat is understandable

idk if this sorta counts... but i did double cardio today... i was bad yesterday... it was my punishment lol. actually i did like triple cardio. 45 min eliptical, 7.8 mile stationary bike which was SUPER hilly and burned 370 there, plus I ran like 2 miles (to the Y and back)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!! I would eat them without a bun or anything, just cut up 2 of them for lunch, as they are only like 110 calories or something. You can also microwave them, which is all I've ever done, and they rock!

i get about that much, look at my food diary and add me if you need some support!

personally I have a weakness for ice cream. I put all my power into not getting up to get any last night, although it was being eaten right in front of me! you can do it! trident gum really helps

Hey girl its ok to have those thirty extra calories. What you should do is park your car farther away and walk to the door and take steps, not an elevator if there is one. You'll burn them doing simple things like that!

umm there is no way there is 300 calories in a slice. cuz they are little squares

Haha maybe the reason I like it so much is because I have been diagnosed with OCD!

For me, the Christian rock band Skillet is super motivating and gets me pumped. Even if your not a Christian, you'd like the music if you like real rock. its awesome. To hear that music when your on your last rep is the best! Gives you that last burst you need!
