Motivational Music for Workouts

Options
We all know music is a powerful aid to fuel certain emotions. Its also great for workouts by energizing those tired muscles and spurring us on mentally. The song Eye of the Tiger from Rocky for example....why when we listen to that do we feel the urge to do something energetic?? I know I do.

What are your favourite motivational tracks?

For me, the Christian rock band Skillet is super motivating and gets me pumped. Even if your not a Christian, you'd like the music if you like real rock. its awesome. To hear that music when your on your last rep is the best! Gives you that last burst you need!

The song that really gets my heart pumping and gets me ready to kick some exercise *kitten* is Rob Zombie's Dragula. Oooohhh good sounds right there.

I also like the BPM of Paramore's Brick by Boring Brick. It has a great beat!

Took the Night by Chelley.. it's got a great beat and it's all about "look at me, I'm so hot. My hair looks good, my clothes look good" Totally gets me in that kind of mood too. Like a "Yeah! that's gonna be me soon!"

And of course you have to have the old stand-bys. I think everyone has Eye of the Tiger. And anything that makes me want to dance, like Got your Money by ol' dirty *kitten* and Def Lepards Pour Some Sugar on Me (yeah I know my music is ALL over the place! )
