try limiting your intake. I like the skinny girl brand its pretty good.. or tru drinking a glass of wine versus a cocktail or a light beer versus a regualr. Mich Ultra is pretty low cal

Ok so here are my fit test results : Switch kicks- 82 Power jacks- 36 Power knees- 63 Power Jumps- 24 Globe Jumps- 7 rotations (4 jumps each) Suicide Jumps-7 Push up jacks- 13 Low plank Obliques- 30 i survived my first taste on insanity!

i have given up all soda and sugary drinks. pretty much the only thing i drink is water and unsweet tea and the ocassional coffee. I have had a few beers lately but as of today that stops as well... water water water!

Im not shouting! lol it was me just wanting peoples help on here.. Im 5"3 192 lbs. 22. I started at 220. My goal weight is around 140-145 and I go to the gym about 6 days a week. I normally do a ten minute warmup on the treadmill (job about 4-5 mph) and then do about 40 minutes of cardio either oin spin bike or treadmill..…

dont worry! i got strecth marks and ive never had children or anything, mederma makes a product for strecth marks thats a a lotion that makes them less noticeable! you can try that or palmers strecth mark creme if u wanna try and make them less noticeable!

which kind of shoes do you reccoment. I have nike air max 2011 i use to workout in they are so compfy!

I had this same problem the first time. Its called "bouncing in your saddle" if your resistance is to low and you are moving around it causes pain... try standing up every now and then to relive yourself from the seat!
