I had mine out 22 years ago. :# I was given zero dietary advice, but learned quickly high fat meals caused issues. I have never problems with anything else.

Two today. 1) This morning I decided to go walk on my skip day. 2) I found a pair of size 18 pants in my closet that still had the tags. I got them shortly before I got pregnant with my third son in 1996. They fit perfectly. I was wearing 24s the beginning of April.

Went to the dietician yesterday. Since the first of the year my BMI has dropped down 2 catagories from Extreme Obesity to Obese I. Looking forward to being merely Overweight before too long.

My orthopedist (and family friend) told me the best thing I could do to avoid back surgery and reduce the mind numbing pain was to lose weight.

I had a Reshape gastric balloon "installed" on April 28th. On Memorial day I started walking (3/4 mile at 1.7 mph). Yesterday I walked over 2 miles at 3mph. I walked 2 consecutive miles a 3 mph. I started walking on Memorial Day and I was going under 2 mph.

I have issues with potatoes and pasta. I reduced my carb intake to lower my blood sugar. It has also reduced my cravings to a manageable level.
