...there are weights listed in grams on the frozen food in baggies in your freezer. Hmmm...do I have room for the 168 gram steak, or should I go with the 143?1

I always go with the most 1st because as I lose weight, I also lose my calorie allowance!3 -
You put calorie dense food on the shelves that you can't reach, without a stepladder; so that you have to work for it or so that if you're too lazy to deal with the stepladder, you'll substitute; for something healthier!1

I tend to use more than one container.0 -

Steak doesn't last that long around here It mostly depends on what I eat earlier in the day.0 -
When you work out at 11 p.m. because you dont want to go to bed without a workout.4

someone mistakes your dirty plate, for a clean 1 & puts it in the cupboard because you literally, cleaned your plate!0

you keep resurrecting threads!4

You know you're already at maintenance, so you make a light dinner (marinated chicken breast and veggies kebabs) and you get pissed at your husband because he pours more marinade over everything... and that's an extra 70 calories, probably...2

When you ask your husband to grill the last few chicken breasts... and he adds a ton of bbq sauce on them.
So you end up putting them in the trash later because he didn't take them to work, and you wouldn't eat them. Sigh.1 -

When you think the most romantic thing in the world is when your husband cooks you dinner while you're not feeling good then brings you a sticky note with everything weighed out in grams so I don't have to get up to weigh your own food. True love right there! lol
Ahhh it's so nice to hear I'm not alone with all my ridiculous that I do to maintain a deficit lol My family & friends think I'm weird. Except my husband... he gets me
That's true love for sure!!0 -
When you're eating out with people and you saved calories all week for this meal. Someone makes a comment about your metabolism and you laugh because you don't realise they're being serious.3
-
Like yesterday when I was packing my lunch and my husband looks at me and says "seriously. You're weighing your celery"?8
-
Get attached to every crumb. If I'm going to be logging it, I'm getting as much as I can out of it. At least my plates are going in the sink a lot cleaner though, LOL.8

You mentally calculate the calories in everybody's plate at your table during a dinner party2

When your family after not seeing you for few months is asking about your weightloss... And completely ignores what you say. I'm surely not eating any carbs? No, I am, everyday! So you don't eat after 6 pm? I do!!! Ooooh so you lost all your weight because you're young. Wtf??!! When I try to explain basic cico they blank out. So I just take deep breath and end the conversation.
Sorry, that's completely offtopic, I needed to pour my frustration somewhere.10 -
Smack my husbands hand away when he tries to eat from my perfectly weighed plate. Don't mess with my food!6

When you have the noroviris and actually think it'll at least help the weight loss! Gotta be some silver lining to puking that much....!11
-
When you start telling your friends how many calories are in the meal they're eating
When you try to 'win' against the scale and guess how much your food will weigh before you weigh it
When instead of scanning Facebook in bed, you scan the MFP community pages11
