I am on the fence and thinking of ordering. Just hard to pull that $141 trigger.

Are there dues or regularly scheduled meetings?
-
Beats me. I can't figure that out. Even did a few searches.

Hey there. Easy 45 minute run with an 8 minute cool down tonight. Better than I expected. During the first half mile I didn't think I would make it to 2 miles. Calves finally shook loose after 5-8 minutes - but they still hurt. My knee (l) is also still painful on the medial collateral area, but it's better than it was. Oh…

I haven't run in a week as my last run left me limping a bit. Treadmill malfunctioned and I did 1.25 miles at a -3.0 decline before I switched. I think that is what caused my issue. 3/4 - 11.1 3/6 - 2.56 (treadmill) 3/7 - 2.94 (treadmill) 3/10 - 1.81 (treadmill) 3/11 - 4.77 (treadmill) 23.17 goal was 90 Aches and pains…

Just a test - I thought I replied with my monthly goal, but it isn't here....so, testing before I write another essay.

Hello - my name is Duane. I've been running for years but my training has suffered the last few. Currently nursing some type of undiagnosed injury. I have numerous 5K's under my belt, a few 10's a couple halfs and several Ultras. I've never raced a marathon - but have the first one in just over a month. Normally a solitary…

I just found this thread/group. Is it too late for me to join as it is already half over. (almost exactly)

I'm curious as to how many friend requests you suddenly get. LOL

We are usually happy you shared them with us. May not even notice the veins, until you point them out...

Real men don't care. ;)

I never did insanity. A few years ago, I went through P90X and had good, well, great results with that. However, this time around I have had incredible difficulty sticking with it, so I thought I'd try something different - and a shorter workout was of interest to me. I'm guessing since it's been roughly 18 hours and no…

I just bought it - hoping to start....I slept in this morning, so I may have to work out tonight and then again in 12 hours.

4+ pounds per week seems like a lot. Do you do anything else?
-
I am a lot like yoovie - have 3 half marathons, 3 ultras and several 5 & 10K's under my belt. Life happened this last year or so being busy with family and some injury issues. slowly getting back on the wagon.

I might be in a position for something like this. I may not be as chatty as some.

Central Illinois - live in the middle of nowhere in Coles County - work in Decatur.

I have the garmin 305 forerunner. no add ons. love it. good battery life, good signal, & I live in the boonies. only complaint is that for things like a stationary workout - p90, elliptical, etc., it will not accurately count your calories burned.
-
Great program - I've had good results - I am a beach body coach and can give you all the detail you want - send me an email and I'll respond in kind. Interval is a P90X + workout - not P90X, btw.
-
The only supplements I use are the recovery drink (money, as BR said), the protein bars and the protein shakes, and I'm almost 40. I do shakeology also, not daily - but that's not really a supplement. I am nearing day 90 - btw.

Personally, I shower at the local gym. I bring a change of clothes, work out, shower, change back. I take it you don't have gym access?
-
Not at all - just my guesstimate as to calorie burn of daily living - 1 per minute.
-
I call all of it circuit training and input the calories from my hrm, deducting 60.

Did I read that right? You will drink an entire bottle of wine in one sitting? And then a red bull/vodka? I am far from a tee totaler (sp?) but - :noway: I tend to agree with SHBoss, and I believe that you can't have a flat stomach if you are a regular drinker (soda or booze) - I could very well be wrong - and probably am.…

Tam - you are looking good and congratulations! Heres to a happy and healthy you and baby!:drinker:

Personally, I changed my workout. I started P90X and platueu ended, weight loss resumed.
-
Personally, I changed my workout routine and my diet a little bit (not much). When I started doing P90X the scale started moving again (in the right direction). You might try a different workout. I'm not sure, but 1200 calories seems awfully low, but there are others much more intelligent than me on the subject.

I seemed to have the same problem - but I get those alot, so I didn't necessarily attribute it to the hydroxycut - and now - there's been a recall. I'm glad I only took it for a week. This morning I took it back to the store where I bought it pursuant to the notice and got a full refund which was pretty darn cool. It came…

IMHO, you should drink at least 64, and preferably 120 ounces of water per day. Weigh once a week. Your weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds over the course of 2 days. Weigh at the same time of the day when you weigh. I agree with the others 6 pounds is pretty darn good for two weeks. Relax, keep working at it, eat right,…

I checked mine for the first time yesterday after a 2 mile run. I think I was 162. Ran the 2 miles in 16:03. I am using a "sportsline" stopwatch/hrm. Seems to be fairly accurate at rest.
