Plateau???

Ok I need some advice. What do you all do when you hit a mark where you are working out 5 days a week and eating healthy but you stop losing weight or lose minimal amounts of weight?

I'm currently running 2-3 times per week and also do resistance bands, tae-bo, crunches, and walking. Also my currently calorie intake is about 1220 calories without exercise calories. And believe me I eat my exercise calories. (Don't want to get scolded on that...lol)
