Also remember its not necessarily a number on the scale, but how well your clothes fit and how much muscle you build too.

If anything your doing your body a favor at a cellular level; your triglycerides will improve and your body fat will decrease... Good for you not quitting because of the "old" card!

sdunlap01 I haven't really experimented with any other protein, I just know I haven't been getting enough protein in my diet. I haven't had intestinal problems at all using the Whey. I am open to suggestions though.

Hey Richard seen your post thought I would respond. I am Cathy and working on getting rid of fat and getting lean as well. I am eager to keep working out and focusing on my areas that need work.

Alarm Goes off at 3:45 Tuesday through Friday and then anytime on Monday. 3:45 AM allows me time to brush my teeth, get my coffee around and use the bathroom so I can get to the gym by 4:15 and spend my one hour of anti-stress and me time. I then sometimes after work will go for a 2-3 mile run!
