201.6 last week 200 even this week Loss of 1.6 lbs!

After 2 weeks of vacation, I expected a gain but it's not as bad as anticipated. 201.2 to 201.6 Gain of 0.4 lbs

Hi everyone! I haven't forgotten about you. I've been on vacation and will be until next week. I'm without a scale and def have not been eating right so I'm sure I'll have a gain for next Friday. Keep up the good work and we will talk then.

Had a dr appointment recently and my A1C went from 13.6, which is WAY high, to 5.7, which is within the normal range. Dr is reducing meds with the hope to be completely off of them within a year

202.4 to 201. Got a notice I am at the halfway mark of my weight loss! Down 1.4 lbs.

I may not have the opportunity to comment daily, but I feel encouragement and accountability leads to success. If within a two week period they can't find time to participate, maybe they should consider another group.

Sorry everyone. I'm still trying to figure out his website. I'm Kim from Indianapolis. I'm 40 (yikes! When did that happen!) and I'm not only trying to loose weight but I also want to gain a healthier lifestyle. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and this has been an eye opener. Down another 2.6 lbs this week! Woo hoo! Starting weight 229.6 Current weight 206.2 23.4 down and never coming back! You all are doing fantastic! Keep up the amazing work!

Size102b- my symptoms were extreme thirst, waking several times a night to pee and believe it or not, unexpected weight loss. I was also tired all the time. Krisstastic- you are a true inspiration! You show this can be done and still enjoy those treats.

Mirabelle1983: I'm meeting with a diabetic educator now. She would like me to do more of a low carb diet. I never realized how much I ate until I started logging it. Wow! No wonder I'm overweight!
