2 small Pancakes using coconut oil for greasing the pan, 2 poached eggs and then for snack a dark chocolate sugar free pudding and a 1/2 TBSP of coconut oil straight from the spoon. Bummed because I didn't hit my fats and proteins today. :(

5'3" and 149. Goal used to be 115 but for now I'm taking it in 5 pound increments. Eventually I'd like to be down to 125 and then re-evaluate from there. :) Anyone can add me. :)
