  • For those just starting.... Don't try to keep up with them on the video or you'll just burn out. Pace yourself, focus on form and get though the whole video even if it means sitting out half the reps. Catch your breath, shake out the burn then hop back in as long as you can.
  • Week 2 done! Felt pretty good during Pure Cardio. Knowing tomorrow is an off day I really pushed hard today and was definitely dead by the end.   • Got Power & Resistance done this morning. I have to admit I skipped Recovery yesterday. My old legs and busted shoulders needed a break. I did much better in todays workout compared to last time though so I might skip recovery every other week just to get a little more rest and not burn out. Looking forward to Pure Cardio…

  • Pure Cardio Kicked butt again last night but I did more reps throughout and only had to stop a couple time during warmups so there is improvement already. Plyo tonight...yay...
  • I put 30 min Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort for all the insanity videos but Recovery so far. 374 calories burn which from reading other posts is probably pretty close. Just started week 2 as well and need to get me a HRM.

  • I get dizzy from time to time mostly during all the up and downs, globes, level 1 & 2 drills. Got to remember to breathe, I tend to hold my breath when exorting that much effort to keep moving. I stop, catch my breath and back into it. Woke up with a stuffy head today.Nothing a little Pure Cardio can't handle.
  • Week 2 underway. Was hating the triceps today. Got a great workout in though.

  • Made it through week 1. Legs and shoulders are dead. I think i am going to do Friday and Saturdays in the morning and Monday-Wednesday at night. Finishing the week off in the morning gives my body 48hrs + of rest which is much needed at this point

  • Day 3 in the books. After the warmups I felt like I was done but pushed through and did as much as I could. Gonna be real sore tomorrow.
  • I started with Fit Test on Monday as well. I have had these videos for some time and have done one here and there but its time to run the full course. Plyo killed me yesterday and so sore today the simple thought of moving hurts. Can't wait for Cardio Power & Resistance tonight.

By the end of Plyo I was pretty much dead and only able to do 1 or 2 reps for each set but I kept moving and made it through.   • I did WW for a while and didn't like it. Tracking is much easier here and am losing steady so MFP is all good. Main knock I had with WW is the "Free" foods that don't count against your daily allotment of points. Sorry but fruits and veggies still contain calories and should be counted.
