I guess I have been pretty lucky the past 2 months, haven't gained any water weight. The month before that I remember waking up and weighing in to see a huge 6lb gain! I was really feeling demotivated that month to say the least. I just find that as soon as TOM shows up I have a lot more energy and feel almost rejuvenated…

It never hindered my weight loss either, I'm down 91lbs and used to use the herbs daily. I actually haven't smoked in almost a month now though due to money shortages....LOL

I have heard that Marijuana raises your heart rate....now, to me this would mean that you are actually burning more calories at rest. Food for thought, I do agree about the munchies though....the only way I ever beat the munchies was by going to bed...

I have 4 kids, two singletons and a set of twins. I'm down 88lbs so far and what I have noticed is that my pooch area seems to be flattening and shrinking. I have hope that eventually it will be gone, just takes some hard work. I think it is true what they say though, the stomach area is the hardest and last place to lose.

I've got my eye on a little black dress and some high calf boots online!!! I'm gonna be rockin that outfit to dinner and a night out!!!!

I wear my polar HRM during my Chalean Extreme workouts (mostly strength training) and it says I usually burn around 230 cals for about 35 minutes. I don't usually sweat during those videos either. I think HRM are a smart investment if you ask me, especially if you can get one that has a chest strap.

Chips with dip!!!! Used to be one of my favorite snack foods... I still enjoy it from time to time, but not every weekend like before. I'm lucky if I get to eat it once every 3 months...

Wonderful gravity working against us. You are thinner in the morning because your spine has had a chance to elongate. At the end of the day the weight of gravity compresses your spine making you a little shorter than you were in the morning.
