I'm super excited by this post! I'm 5'7 and currently 190. Originally, I got down to 165 over a year ago, from initially 237 in 2010 when I first started weight loss journey. I've been at the 1500 calories or even 1200 and never felt good. I was always hungry. I workout a bunch 60-90 min 5-6 x a day. A week ago I upped my…

I thought typically you don't want to eat back your exercise calories in MFP? I thought MFP figured in those calories as a burn, therefore allowing the deficit and then the total daily calories. I used to eat back some of my exercise calories, but it only hurt me. I do strength training and cardio. I aim for burning more…

Thanks Heybales! Makes sense. I exercise is at 6 hours already for this week...probably about another 1-2 hours added to that. But, on average week probably closer to 5-6 hours. I'll try your worksheet again. I'll let you know.

Thanks Eric! Yes. Many people think I'm over the average. I do allow myself "some" weeks an extra day off. But, my usual is 60 min to 90 for sure.

Also... YES! I workout that much. I have a T1 diabetic child, whom I sometimes obsess and worry about a lot. Instead of emotionally eating at times, I get to working out more to burn the steam. I have worked out this much before having my children too. I enjoy working out, why is it impossible for you to believe that? I…

Heybales...... I workout 60 min to 90 min daily YES! I'm doing JM Body revolution (weight training)...with some cardio mix ins through the week....whether that's Insanity, P90X, or other program thrown in. I don't do the secondary program as a whole though...just JM is my primary for 90 days. I don't know why you keep…

What the other poster said. Also, as they say...80% of losing happens in the kitchen (well something like that...) Basically you have to cut down on fats and carbs....you still eat them, but the right things and healthy or as clean as possible. Lots of water and just keep plugging away. With 40 lbs still to go, that could…

So, even if I'm working out a bunch and burning say 500 a day for 6 days, I'm not starving my body either?

OK. Here's my plan...As of a week ago, I weighed 179. I'm 39 and would like to get down to 150 by June 11, 2013 (if possible). I started my actual journey June 20, 2010 at 237 lbs. I'm around 5'8 and am a freelance writer and stay at home mom. I aim for workout 6 times a week 60-90 mins. Usually like to burn around 400-500…

My goals: Currently I'm 26.82 % body fat (acceptable)...I'd like the fitness range (not sure how to get there) Have a healthy or normal BMI for the first time in my life (have always been in obese or now in overweight range). I'm in a size 10-12, but an 8-10 size would be nice! Currently weigh 179, but would like to be…

Did 160 today too...felt awkward...hard to balance and turned into a one leg squat or curtsy at times
-
Too much jumping these past three days....wow! Did 110 today...jumping split squats, but last 20 were modified slow/if a jump. Also did JM Extreme Buns and Thighs Level 2
-
Day 7--Curtsy squats! I actually loved doing these today. Did other squats within my other workouts today. Catching the burn today!

Don't get all this??? I think it takes A LOT OF WATER to have an issue. My mother died in Oct. She had Congestive Heart Failure, was on water pills (basically having too much sodium in her body...told by doctor to watch that intake. So, I would think the decrease in sodium diet would be more beneficial. She was on MFP and…

I started my overall weight loss journey June 20, 2010 and originally the goal was to just lose a lot by my 20th HS Reunion a year later. I did lose over 50lbs that year. I actually got down 72 lbs lost this past Oct. I gained 13 back :( So, I want to meet my end goal of 150lbs or even 155lbs by June 11, 2013 (my 40th…
