Crock Pot Fiesta Chicken

3 large chicken breasts (frozen is ok!)
2 14.5 oz cans stewed tomatoes
1 11 oz can white corn
1 14.5 oz black beans rinsed and drained
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1 tbs. chicken soup base

Mix all the ingredients in your crockpot, add the chicken last, for ease for mixing, place on high for about 5 hours (around 8 on low). About half an hour before you are ready to eat, take two forks and shred the chicken. About 6 servings when finished at about 300 calories each. Eat it as is, or serve over rice, in tortillas, or on a salad. Yum!
