I did for about a month back in March, and never felt better! I had so much energy, and literally felt amazing. Then I stopped, went back to feeling terrible and am trying yo start again! I am trying to ease into it this time so I don't lose motivation

I find eating this many calories works best for me. I do minimal exercise during the week. Trying to lose body fat, but I stick to a low fat diet. For me, eating a lot of fat does not help me lose fat! To each their own, I just find eating 2000+ whole calories per day gives optimal energy!

I am currently on my last week of C25k. I usually start off with 10 minutes at speed 3.5 on a 4% incline for 10 minutes, then jog at speed 6 with no incline for half hour. I like to mix it up! When I first joined a gym, I would only walk on the highest incline at speed 4 for an hour......never ran.......then 3 months later…

When searching the MFP database, a lot of the options have to do with what you are preparing it with, like cooking spray, canola oil, olive oil ect. I would type in raw egg or plain boiled egg ect. When I eat my egg whites in the morning I type in boiled egg white and it comes to 17 calories

I am in!!! I also think 12 glasses a day is too much, when I was drinking 12+ glasses a day for the other challenge I was CONSTANTLY peeing all day lol I think 8-10 is a good number to aim for.

Maybe we could have everyone give ideas on exercises to do, like the ones we have been doing throughout the challenge so theres around 15-20 exercises, and then each person could pick say 5 exercises to do 6 times a week? I wouldn't even bother. You are probably going to feel like absolute crap in 4 days for whatever you have to do. I would just eat healthy so you feel your absolute best for your thing in 4 days.
