So far works for me, starts me out with lots of energy, and keeps me full for more than half the day.

Anyone else?

Wow, I am just not that hungry when I wake up. :flowerforyou:

I'm good with an omelet or a bowl of oatmeal, and it's usually about an hour after I wake up, lol.

I'm glad you found what works for you, though.

I cannot eat that much in the morning either. I am good with a cup of coffee and fruit. As long as it works for you, thats all that matters!

I don't eat red meat. I usually have chicken and eggs for breakfast.

Impressive. LOL. I'm never hungry when I wake up. For me the notion of high protein breakfast would be 2 eggs with turkey sausage or something.

I am historically not a breakfast eater and am rarely hungry in the mornings. That being said, if I get at least 30g protein at breakfast and less than 5net carbs, I'm good to go for the whole day as well. No cravings for anything starchy or sweet and I find that I don't have to deal with the munchies between dinner and bedtime. If I don't get my breakfast right, I feel "off" for the whole day. Turkey bacon, and eggs or tuna salad (I make mine with hardboiled eggs-chock full o'protein) works best for me. I have also been known to have just a nice chunk of leftover steak to start my day. Some days it's awful hard to sit down and eat before noon, but I feel so much better when I do.
