I use 1 scoop of whey protein 1 cup of unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze 35 calories 1 tbsp of almond butter 1 bannana 1/2 cup of Ice Put all in a blender and mix... Love the taste I use Dutch Chocolate Whey Protein Powder by MRM.... But use what you have first... Good luck...

Mine is open. I like people making comments or suggestions for me. It really does help. I also like looking at other people's diary it gives me different choices of something I might consider to eat. Its really hard for me to say you are doing a great job if I really can't see what you have done.
