I try to keep my calories under 1000 a day, makes them easier to burn away :)

Take pics of myself in my underwear twice a week, this way i can keep track of where i need to work on. :)

I say congrats ! and don't let others dictate how you should look. "Too skinny" usually comes from people who are insecure about their own weight. So feel confident and say thank you next time. Just watch out that your bones aren't showing too much, you don't want to look like this:

Im not a fan of protein powders, they taste gross to me lol. My sister drinks them every morning and swears they work. She uses Evox.

Im also a cayenne powder junkie lol, but if we run out, it's raw sliced chillies - love that stuff !

I've also been eating way below my calorie goal. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing either lol. I'd never eat if i wasn't hungry. I only started yesterday :smile:

I also measure by my clothes lol, it's a good indication of where on my body i need to work on. I also weigh myself once a week to make sure im still on track with my goals. :smile: Oh and cardio cardio cardio lol :happy:
